AVAILABLE PUPPIES:
The XANADU CHRISTMAS LITTER
SMALL WHITE AND RED/ORANGE COCKAPOOS WITH BLUE OR GREEN EYES. All pups are blue-eyed at this point and look like their sire and dam--although one little boy is solid white with one little red spot (see first photo). Parent dogs, GYPSY WILL AND GIR-R-R-L weigh 23 and 17 pounds. This is a child/family-dog special breeding for Christmas—Pups will be small, playful, and socialized. They are growing up with kids, adults, other dogs, cats, and ranch animals. Deposits are $400 and may be sent by PayPal (add 3% for PayPal’s service chg. = $412). The balance for your pup is due when s/he is six weeks old; MONDAY, DEC. 7. Puppy Pick-Up will be arranged between Dec. 21-23. Pups’ birth home is on a ranch near Meeker (just up the road from Rifle), and your Christmas pup can be picked up on the ranch. Pups will be available for pick-up for one afternoon only in Glenwood Springs—which may be more convenient if you are coming to get your pup on I-70. (Sometimes it is such a wonderful mini-vacation to drive into Glenwood Springs and get a motel, go to the hot springs and soak, have a great dinner…and then pick up your pup for the trip back home the on next day.)
Guardian female or male—IF ANY ($700). A Guardian pup may be selected when puppies are 6-weeks old, so if you request a Litter Pick puppy, please select two pups that you love—XANADU may keep a Guardian pup from this litter.
Blue-eyed pups and Litter Pick puppies are $2200. There should be both male and female.
PET HOME puppies will be $1850.
ANY PET HOME puppies that have not been purchased by 22 Dec. will be reduced in price or sold for best offer.
ALL PUPPIES ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED FOR HEALTH AND TEMPERAMENT—of course!
XANADU is accepting 7 deposits and 3 waiting list deposits. If there are not enough pups for everyone, deposits will be refunded for those on the waiting list. Payments must be complete by the time pups are six-weeks old. Do make a confident decision before purchasing a Christmas puppy; as noted on our website, deposits/payments are not refundable, although roll-over-able to a future litter in the spring. Please check to see that no one in your home has serious dog allergies (these pups should be low-to-no-shed). Also, if you are purchasing a pup for someone else, please include that person in the decision-making. Having one’s own dog is a very personal decision. The new owner must LOVE his/her new pup. That pup WILL love him/her back. Guaranteed. And if you have a landlord who needs to approve your family addition, please get advance approval before asking that XANADU hold a pup for you. ALL XANADU Pups are available to forever homes.
AVAILABLE PUPPY:
XANADU is bringing in a new AKC SIBERIAN HUSKY Stud Pup from a large kennel in the east--little UberKhan. This pup is a red-chocolate and white with “plush-to-wooly,” coat. He is a soft-coated, blue-eyed boy with beautiful eye-liner eyes. While he IS under consideration (with discussion with landlord about Master Uber--waiting for reply), Uber is AVAILABLE and will need a loving Guardian Home. This boy is 7 weeks old, and really CUTE! I can have Uber flown directly from his birthplace to you at DIA (or another) airport—bypassing a drive for you to Ridgway. Please contact me if you are interested in owning this gorgeous boy. He is $700 with a limited breeding agreement (and no one has placed a deposit at this time). His breeding career will begin after he is a year old, and probably after the 2017 Holiday Season. Write for a recent photo—I’m trying to get updates from the breeder; puppies change so quickly at this age!
I shall be available by email from 16 Nov until the 20 of Dec., and shall check email and write you back daily. Deposits on our Goberians, Pomskies, and a variety of Doodle puppies have been placed already, and I’ll try to have more Goberian litters than previously planned, because so many of you want a Goberian. If you wish to make a deposit for a puppy, PayPal is probably best. Deposits are $400 (add 3% for PayPal’s transaction fee = $412), and this will hold your puppy for you until it is six weeks old when full payment is due. Because puppies are selected in the order deposits are made, do make a deposit as soon as you have made a confident decision. Litter picks (both male and female) usually cost more. Remember that deposits are not refundable, but if you cannot take your pup when it is ready for you, your deposit will roll over to the next litter and the next until your timing matches a puppy’s readiness for a new home.
